Shin Ultraman connects Kunio Miyauchi's classic Ultraman music with new compositions by Shiro Sagisu. Forty-eight tracks span two CDs, combining remastered mono recordings, newly recorded orchestral versions and the film's contemporary score.

The first disc contains thirty-five tracks, while the second adds thirteen alternate and extended recordings. A forty-four-page booklet includes full scores for two Sagisu compositions. This standard edition does not include the film's theme song.
