The Daily Life of a Part-Time Torturer Vol. 3 contains episodes 9-12 and a collection of promotional videos and commercials. Yawora Tsugumi's workplace comedy imagines a society where killing and torture are legal, then finds an unexpectedly comfortable daily routine inside a company that takes jobs only against wrongdoers.

Spiritus employs four part-timers with very different personalities. Cero is the capable, sociable senior who can handle almost anything, while Shiu is a living legend in the trade and a demanding mentor. New recruits Mike, a cheerful and energetic hard worker, and Hugh, a serious but kind university student, gradually find their place. Salvage workers, cleaners and even assassins form a dependable professional network around them, making their dark occupation the setting for a surprisingly easygoing life together.

Shunichi Toki voices Cero, Takuma Terashima plays Shiu, Takuma Nagatsuka plays Mike and Yohei Azakami plays Hugh, with Kisho Taniyama as Hera and Rikuya Yasuda as Noe. Fumitoshi Oizaki directs, Hitomi Amamiya handles series composition and Sakae Shibuya's character designs are animated by Diomedea. Kenji Fujisawa provides the music. GRANRODEO performs the opening GO GO PARADISE!!, and Takuma Terashima sings the ending Ashita Tenki ni Naare.
