Shrink: Psychiatrist Yowai

Young Jump Comics Shrink: Psychiatrist Yowai Vol. 10 is an official Japanese paper manga volume by Tsukiko, Jin Nanami, published by Shueisha under the Young Jump Comics label.

Dr. Yowai, I can see ghosts. Will you believe me? Dissociative disorders can be exceptionally difficult for others to understand. Therapist Kazuha Shigemori, who has a history of psychiatric illness, has given up on happiness because something feels wrong inside her mind. Yowai continues supporting her through auditory hallucinations and nightmares. Just as she begins to relax and engage with treatment, an alternate identity appears. Working with Alex, a licensed psychologist and friend from his time studying abroad, Yowai seeks the true nature of the illness she has carried alone. The dissociative disorder arc tests the trust between patient and clinician. Also included is a medical-school story set over a decade earlier, when Yowai and Matsuno met, studied and grew together.

This Japanese paper edition contains 224 pages and was released in Japan on May 19, 2023.
