Shrink~精神科医ヨワイ~ 17
Young Jump Comics Shrink: Psychiatrist Yowai Vol. 17 is an official Japanese paper manga volume by Tsukiko, Jin Nanami, published by Shueisha under the Young Jump Comics label.
To recover from the cognitive difficulties associated with schizophrenia, Yuki Kiryu begins attending psychiatric day care at Shinsei Hospital. He is delighted to meet others hoping to return to society, but struggles with boundaries and causes trouble. His mother Chie worries excessively about a relapse. Yowai recommends stepping back a little to foster Yuki's autonomy, prompting Chie to release her suppressed anger and guilt. True recovery, he explains, means enriching one's life while living with an illness and being able to feel glad to be alive. The schizophrenia arc concludes by opening a hopeful future for patients and their families. An additional episode follows Raion Shiratori as a newly qualified nurse, exploring the attitude toward patients he learned from his seniors.
This Japanese paper edition contains 208 pages and was released in Japan on January 19, 2026.
