Afternoon KC Heavenly Delusion Vol. 5 is an official Japanese paper manga volume by Masakazu Ishiguro, published by Kodansha under the Afternoon KC label.

In a future Japan reduced to ruins, Maru and Kiruko continue their journey toward a place called Heaven, though they do not know where it is. At last, they discover a Takahara Academy building whose sign bears the mark from Kiruko's beam weapon, which they believe is a clue to finding Heaven. What awaits them inside? Meanwhile, in Heaven itself, Takahara Academy, an incident shakes the institution to its foundations and leads to personnel changes. What is the director plotting? This ensemble survival story follows young people making their way through a harsh world with lightness, despite their worries!
