Afternoon KC Heavenly Delusion Vol. 8 is an official Japanese paper manga volume by Masakazu Ishiguro, published by Kodansha under the Afternoon KC label.

Maru and Kiruko travel across a future Japan transformed into a realm of monsters, searching for Heaven without knowing where it is. Following the mark from Kiruko's beam weapon, which they believe is the key to their search, they head toward Takahara Academy's Nara facility. But as they wander through a forest, a strange person blocks their way. Meanwhile, Takahara Academy in Heaven comes under attack, and the children are taken into protective custody by the attackers. As they begin new lives, the director's scheme comes to light! At last, Heaven and the monstrous world beyond are connected in this ensemble survival story about young people!
