The first-year arc finally reaches its conclusion. The hugely popular school apocalypse Classroom of the Elite begins its third season!

With more than 8.4 million copies in circulation, including e-books, this bestselling MF Bunko J light novel by Shogo Kinugasa and Shunsaku Tomose receives its eagerly awaited third television anime season, which began in January 2024. The manga adaptation is also a popular series in Monthly Comic Alive. Following the first television season in 2017 and the second in 2022, the third season brings the first-year arc to its finale.

In the third term, Ayanokoji and his classmates, promoted from Class D to Class C, head to a forest school. There, a special examination involving all school years, the mixed training camp, awaits. They must cooperate with students from classes they previously treated as enemies to earn high scores. Above all, they dread the rule that a group falling below the threshold will have a student expelled. A turbulent third term now begins!

The original release announcement offers lavish first-press bonuses, including an outer case newly illustrated by Shunsaku Tomose and a digipack newly illustrated by character designer Kazuaki Morita. Each of the DVD volumes also contains bonus footage. The original first-press physical items, including the special booklet, are conditional and not guaranteed with current stock; CDJapan reports them as no longer available.

Story Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nurturing High School boasts a 100 percent further-education and employment rate and grants its students monthly points equivalent to 100,000 yen. Yet behind this dreamlike appearance is a school ruled by merit, where only some high-achieving students receive favourable treatment.
