Crayon Shin-chan Anime

Are there two of me!?

Released to celebrate the Crayon Shin-chan movies' 30th anniversary, this edition belongs to the project bringing films one through nineteen to Blu-ray. The second film is a nonstop action adventure. The Buri Buri Genie appears: please grant my wish!

I'm Shinnosuke Nohara. This time, I'm off on a big adventure in the Buri Buri Kingdom on a southern island! Mom, Dad and I think we're going on a silly vacation after winning an overseas trip in a prize draw, but it's actually a trap set by the villains of the White Snake Gang.

I get kidnapped by a strange cross-dressing character, meet Prince Sunnokeshi, who looks just like me, and finally the Buri Buri Genie appears. Come on, everyone, just watch it!

The disc contains the feature film, its teaser and theatrical trailer, and a collection of production-design materials presented as still images. An eight-page guide booklet is enclosed. A creditless opening featuring clay animation is also included.

The voice cast includes Akiko Yajima as Shinnosuke, Miki Narahashi as Misae, Keiji Fujiwara as Hiroshi, Tamao Hayashi as Nene, Mari Mashiba as Kazama and Shiro, and Chie Sato as Bo. The guest cast includes Kosei Tomita as Anaconda, Koji Nakata as Mr. Hub, Seizo Kato as the Buri Buri Genie, Rokuro Naya as the Black Genie, Yusaku Yara as Nina, Kaneto Shiozawa as Sally, Kohei Miyauchi as the King, Sayuri as Lulu, Taeko Yamada as Prince Sunnokeshi, Satomi Korogi as the baby monkey, Yumi Takada as Ms. Yoshinaga and Etsuko Komiya as herself.
