Heaven's Design Team Animation

First came light, water and the land. Then God planned to create the creatures and animals that would live there—but decided it was too much trouble and outsourced the job! The animals on Earth are the work of the designers at Heaven’s Design Company.

Why does a creature look the way it does? Why does it live that way? Behind every animal’s creation lies the struggle and delight of designers and engineers using inventive ideas to meet their client God’s unreasonable requests. Praised for being both entertaining and informative, this workplace comedy about creating living things becomes an anime.

In this sixth and final volume, a biological time accelerator explodes, sending Shimoda and the others flying to the Galapagos. They have all become children—and are attacked by animals still being tested. The volume contains episodes 11 and 12.

Extras include Part 6 of the December 13, 2020 advance-screening event digest, Part 6 of the special National Museum of Nature and Science collections tour, and cast commentary. An eight-page special booklet is included. First-press copies also come with a newly illustrated sleeve, eight special karuta cards supervised by the original creator and animal stickers, while supplies last.
