Kingdom Animation

Set in ancient China’s turbulent Spring and Autumn and Warring States era, Kingdom follows the struggle for unification centred on Qin, one of the seven great states. After the death of his closest friend Hyou, Shin’s fateful meeting with Ei Sei brings together two ambitions forged in adversity: uniting China and becoming a great general.

The Death of Ouki Arc witnesses the birth of the Hi Shin Unit and the confrontation between Zhao’s commander-in-chief Hou Ken and Qin’s commander-in-chief Ouki. At the end of the fierce battle, Shin inherits Ouki’s glaive. This collection brings together all nineteen episodes from the second half of the first television series.
