High-school student Miko suddenly gains the ability to see terrifying spirits. Her strategy for surviving them is simple: pretend she cannot see anything. She ignores even the ghost attached to her best friend Hana and tries to conceal her ability from classmate Yuria. But when substitute teacher Tono arrives, surrounded by an unusually disturbing spirit, Hana begins behaving strangely and eventually collapses. To save her, Miko joins Yuria and Akio in investigating Tono, uncovering a truth that makes looking away impossible. Can they rescue Hana and reach the school festival safely?

Nanoka Hara stars as Miko in Yoshihiro Nakamura's live-action adaptation of Tomoki Izumi's horror-comedy manga. Rinka Kumada plays Hana, Naenano plays Yuria, Koki Yamashita plays Akio and Taiga Kyomoto plays Tono, alongside Akane Hotta, Rei Yoshii, Saki Takaoka and Kenichi Takito. Nakamura writes and directs, Hiroaki Tsutsumi composes the music, and BABYMONSTER perform the theme song Ghost.

The deluxe edition contains the approximately 98-minute film on Blu-ray and supplementary material on a separate DVD. The Blu-ray presents Japanese DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1, a Japanese audio-description track in DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 stereo and Japanese accessibility subtitles. A Japanese stereo commentary brings together Nanoka Hara, director Yoshihiro Nakamura and the film's producer.

Trailers and TV spots appear on the main Blu-ray. The bonus DVD contains making-of footage and a collection of event appearances.
