Dear Boys

Monthly Shonen Magazine Comics Dear Boys Act 4 Vol. 6 is an official Japanese paper manga volume by Hiroki Yagami, published by Kodansha under the Monthly Shonen Magazine Comics label.

The prestigious Shonan Dai Sagami High basketball club is reputed to be the best in Kanagawa Prefecture. Although the team fought its way through the final league of the Inter-High Kanagawa qualifiers, it lost to its archrival Mizuho High in the third round of the national tournament. Time has passed, and ace Ayumi Fuse has taken over as captain. As the team and its new members set their sights on the nationals, third-year point guard Yanagimoto is sidelined by an injury. After competition for the vacant position, second-year Aoyama and first-year Kashiwagi are chosen to share the point-guard duties. First-year Mori also earns a place on the team. The Inter-High Kanagawa Prefectural Qualifying Tournament arrives. Second-seeded Shonan Dai Sagami wins its opening third-round match by an overwhelming margin, then advances through the fourth round with its reserve B team, including Kashiwagi and Mori, to reach the final league. As the four-school round-robin begins, Shonan Dai Sagami's first opponent is Masaki Chuo, the dark horse that defeated fourth-seeded Honmoku East in the fourth round. Kashiwagi is selected to play point guard, but his three-point shot is blocked immediately after the start, and Katagiri scores a three-pointer at the other end. How can they counter Masaki Chuo's offense, which does not match their scouting data?!
