Nina the Starry Bride Animation

The royal-court romance fantasy Nina the Starry Bride comes to Blu-ray. Each volume offers exclusive artwork and printed material from original creator Rikachi, including a newly illustrated jacket and a booklet featuring a newly drawn manga. Follow the characters as they challenge fate for the people they love.

Nina lives as an orphan in the castle town of Fortuna. Her eyes are a deep lapis blue, like those of the star god—and the same colour as the eyes of Princess Alisha, who has died in an accident. The second prince, Azure, discovers Nina and asks her to take the princess’s place.

As a substitute star priestess and princess, Nina receives a mission: after three months, she must travel as a false bride to Sett, the first prince of the powerful kingdom of Galgada. Although fate tosses her about, she finds joy in being needed by someone. What do her straightforward eyes truly see? When she decides to protect the person she loves, each of their destinies begins to change dramatically.

Volume 1 contains episodes one to four, the creditless opening and the creditless ending from episode one. The release includes a special sleeve, Rikachi’s newly illustrated jacket, a special booklet containing newly drawn manga, and tarot-style cards.
