Sixteen-year-old shogi champion Yaichi Kuzuryu finds his fading enthusiasm renewed when the determined Ai Hinatsuru asks to become his apprentice. Follow their story through an adventure based on the anime, alongside twelve original scenarios supervised by author Shirow Shiratori, including two written by him.

Play CPU shogi matches against the cast using Silver Star Japan’s AI, then test your knowledge with shogi questions, series trivia and one-move checkmate puzzles. Perfect quiz scores unlock additional illustrations, bringing together character stories and genuine shogi play.
