NO.6 Stage & Musicals

We will meet again. Shion lives in Chronos, the affluent residential district of NO.6, an ideal city built using the finest achievements of human science. Recognised for his exceptional abilities since childhood, he belongs to an elite whose future seems assured.

On his twelfth birthday, the arrival of an unusual storm stirs an unease he cannot put into words. He throws open his window, and a soaking-wet boy suddenly leaps inside. Although Shion knows that the boy, who calls himself Nezumi, is a criminal who has escaped from a correctional facility, he takes care of him. By the following morning, Nezumi has disappeared, a fugitive once more.

Four years later, Shion has been expelled from Chronos for sheltering Nezumi and now lives with his mother in the poorer Lost Town district. One day, a mysterious corpse is discovered in the park where he works. As his questions deepen his distrust of the authorities, Shion is about to be taken away as a suspect when Nezumi, the boy he met that stormy night, appears just in time to rescue him.

Abandoning everything, Shion escapes to the West Block. There, Nezumi tells him about the true NO.6 that he has never known. Coincidence or destiny? Having each saved the other’s life, the two face a cruel truth. Where will the hands they have clasped so awkwardly, yet so firmly, lead them?

This release pairs the main musical with making-of and backstage footage, a roundtable recorded during rehearsals, and another recorded during the run of performances. A leaflet is included with the tall-case edition.
