PlayStation 4 Déraciné Collector's Edition (PS VR Required)

Explore a world where time has stopped

Déraciné is a PlayStation VR title made by the same development team as Bloodborne: SIE JAPAN Studio, FromSoftware and director Hidetaka Miyazaki. Its concept is to depict a classic adventure game using the latest VR technology, exploring a still world filled with mysteries.

You appear at an old boarding school, where six boys and girls live quietly, as a fairy who inhabits the world of stopped time. By moving between different moments and interacting with the children, you take part in a heartwarming story.

A classic adventure brought to life in VR

Put on your VR headset and find yourself in a sepia-toned boarding school. A beautiful world stretches around you in all directions, reminiscent of the boys' boarding-school manga of Moto Hagio and Keiko Takemiya. Simply looking around makes your heart stir.

Soft light filtering through the windows and faint dust drifting through the building gently adorn this old world. Birdcages hanging from the ceiling, paintings on the walls and a church bell form a carefully prepared setting, with attention paid to the smallest details.

A secret tale at a boarding school in frozen time

As a fairy living in the world of stopped time, you cannot be seen by anyone. In the old boarding school, six children and an elderly headmaster live quietly. Intervene in moments when time has stopped, move between different times, and interact with the children as the story unfolds.

Follow clues and become an unseen friend

Small notes, old keys and many other clues lie scattered through the frozen world. Combine them with fragments of information to intervene in events, move to different moments, or use the fairy's special power to grant time from a life. In doing so, close the distance between yourself and the children and become their unseen friend.

PlayStation VR experience

PlayStation VR and two PlayStation Move motion controllers are required to play this game.
