Déraciné is a French word meaning someone rootless, an outsider, or someone who has lost their homeland.

You appear in the secluded boarding school as a fairy living in the world of stopped time.

Because fairies live in a different time, humans cannot see them. Invisible to everyone, you indirectly become involved with the children, weaving a story by influencing stopped moments and moving between different times.
