God Eater Bandai Namco Entertainment

Unleash the impulse in your blood.

A sequel in the hit dramatic hunting-action series God Eater arrives. For the first time in the series, it releases simultaneously on the portable PlayStation Vita and home PlayStation 4. Alongside new weapons and a substantial continuation of the story, it introduces Blood Rage: fulfil pledges you impose on yourself to release immense hidden power.

Enjoy a fresh, exhilarating action experience alone or with others, alongside your companions. Become the protagonist and explore the enormous Spiral Tree with a distinctive cast to rescue your captured allies. Save-data linking with the previous game is supported, and PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4 players can enjoy multiplayer together.

Fulfil your pledges and unleash Blood Rage

During combat, pledge a way of fighting to your weapon, the God Arc, and fulfil that pledge to release its hidden true power. The energy needed for this release can be accumulated across missions, making the decision of when to use it important during consecutive missions.

New God Arc parts and evolving special attacks

The new scythe-shaped God Arc weapon part, the Variant Scythe, joins the game. Control its reach freely from close to medium range and hunt down formidable enemies.

The Blood Arts special-attack system introduced in the previous game returns. Various attack actions evolve into special techniques according to your play style. This release adds over 100 new Blood Arts, bringing the total to more than 400. Fight in your own style and claim even greater power.

An epic story with you as the protagonist

Create a protagonist who represents you through flexible character customisation. The range of clothing and accessories also expands. In addition to the God Eater 2 scenario, a new continuation of comparable scale is included. Parts of the previous scenario and systems are revised to portray the characters' emotions more richly. Take up your favourite God Arc, fight alongside the cast and grow together.

Play alone or together with your companions

Distinctive companion characters cooperate with you, giving solo play the feeling of multiplayer. Multiplayer supports cross-play between the PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4 versions. Save data can also be linked with God Eater 2, and this release supports sharing save data between its PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4 versions.
