RPG Real Estate Animation

Leave your important house-hunting to RPG Real Estate! Fifteen years after the Demon King was defeated and peace returned, Kotone Kazairo visits the agency looking for a new home—only to discover that it is also her new workplace.

Her colleagues are Fa, free-spirited and mischievous; Rufuria, a priest who takes work seriously; and Rakira, a warrior whose strength belies her delicate appearance. Together, they listen to unusual customers with all kinds of needs, cheerfully tackling seemingly impossible requests to find them somewhere new to live. Whether beneath the water, above the clouds or anywhere else, they are determined to find a wonderful property that makes each customer happy.

Adapted from Chiyo Kenmotsu’s manga in Manga Time Kirara Carat, the series explores the fun of the job through its lively colleagues and their property searches. The creative partnership behind The Helpful Fox Senko-san reunites, with character-design talent from YuruYuri Nachuyachumi! and animation by Doga Kobo, a studio known for its Kirara adaptations and charming character portrayals. A fresh voice cast brings energy to the mischievous Fa, the considerate professional Rufuria and the shy Rakira, who adores Rufuria.

This volume presents episodes 1–4, a specially edited live-action programme about becoming the reliable RPG Real Estate agency in your town, and creditless opening and ending sequences. A newly illustrated digipak, special sleeve case and special booklet containing a new manga by Chiyo Kenmotsu are first-press features available only while supplies last; their inclusion is not guaranteed.
