RPG Real Estate Animation

Leave your important property search to RPG Real Estate! Fifteen years have passed since the Demon King was defeated and peace returned to the world. Kotone Kazairo visits RPG Real Estate to find a new home—only to discover that the agency is her new workplace.

Her colleagues are the free-spirited, mischievous Fa; Rufuria, a priest who is strict about work; and Rakira, a warrior whose delicate appearance conceals formidable strength. Working together, the four enjoy solving the seemingly impossible requests of unusual customers with all kinds of needs, providing them with new places to live.

Underwater, above the clouds or anywhere else, they are determined to find a wonderful property that will make each customer happy. This fantasy of working life in another world follows the enjoyment of the job and the appeal of its colourful colleagues as they search for homes together.

Adapted from Chiyo Kenmotsu’s manga in Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara Carat, the anime brings together creators experienced in stories about charming heroines. Director Tomoaki Koshida and series composer Yoshiko Nakamura reunite after The Helpful Fox Senko-san. Character designer Motohiro Taniguchi previously worked on YuruYuri Nachuyachumi!, while animation studio Doga Kobo brings its experience with numerous Kirara adaptations to the characters’ everyday appeal.

A fresh voice cast gives the world its energy. Honoka Inoue, known as Aiko Ninomiya in Slow Loop and Nanami Asari in The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls, plays Kotone. Hina Kino, the voice of Flora in Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear, plays mischievous Fa. Natsumi Kawaida portrays caring, kind-hearted professional Rufuria, while Manaka Iwami plays the shy Rakira, who adores Rufuria. Yoko Hikasa, Minami Takahashi and Honoka Kuroki add further colour to the cast.

Volume 3 includes episodes 9–12, the live-action feature Aim to Be No. 1 in Signed Contracts! My Home Advisor, and a collection of promotional videos. A digipak newly illustrated by Motohiro Taniguchi, special sleeve and booklet containing a newly drawn Chiyo Kenmotsu manga are first-press features available only while supplies last; their inclusion is not guaranteed.
