takt op.Destiny Original Soundtrack presents the anime's music in a two-disc standard edition.

The original anime grew from the takt op. project, a story of girls whose destinies are bound to the power of classical scores. Produced by MAPPA and MADHOUSE and directed by Yuki Ito, it drew a strong response after its television and streaming debut in October 2021.

The music is by Yoshihiro Ike, whose work has received recognition including the Japan Media Arts Festival Animation Division Grand Prize and the Japan Academy Film Prize for outstanding music. The score moves through many genres, including the classical music at the heart of the story.
