Tasokare Hotel Animation

There is no day or night at the Tasokare Hotel: it remains bathed in twilight. Existing between life and death, it gives wandering souls a place to rest while they decide whether to move on to the next world or return to the living.

Neko Tsukahara arrives without remembering who she is or why she has come. The hotel’s eccentric staff show her to a guest room. They explain that it should contain objects connected to her memories, clues that may help her recover what she has forgotten. As she explores the hotel and begins to remember herself in the hope of returning to the real world, an unexpected incident confronts her.

The third of four Blu-ray volumes contains episodes seven to nine, with a retrospective audio commentary for episode seven. It includes an eight-page booklet and a new jacket illustration of Neko and Osoto by character designer Yuko Hariba.
