The Cafe Terrace and Its Goddesses Animation

Returning home after three years, Hayato Kasukabe finds five unfamiliar young women at Familia, the cafe left by the grandmother he had fallen out with. They all call themselves his grandmother’s family. An awkward first meeting quickly turns into accusations of breaking into his own home, and Hayato is determined to make them leave. From this disastrous encounter begins a seaside story of romance and family, with five equal leading heroines sharing an unlikely household.

Volume 4 contains episodes 8–9. The supplementary programme includes the episode 9 “In-Absentia Trial” audio commentary, kept secret from Riho, with the performers behind Shiragiku, Ami, Akane and Ouka. A Riho Tsukishima character promotional video is also among the announced extras.

The first-press inclusions were announced as a sleeve newly illustrated by Masatsune Noguchi, a digipak newly illustrated by original creator Koji Seo, an eight-page special booklet, and The Cafe Terrace and Its Goddesses bath salts with Riho’s fragrance. These physical extras are available only while supplies last and are not guaranteed.
