Ultraman Omega and the New Generation Heroes take the stage in two adventures from Ultra Heroes EXPO 2025 Summer Festival at Sunshine City in Ikebukuro. Shori Kondo appears as Sorato Okida in both productions, bringing the television hero into a live theatrical setting.

Stage 1, The Hero Arrives, was recorded on August 2, 2025. Giant creatures suddenly appear in a peaceful town, and Ultraman Omega emerges in response. An unhappy boy meets an alien child, and the feelings that develop between them become entangled with a suspicious presence working behind the scenes. With Earth in danger, Omega must face the question of what truly deserves protection.

Stage 2, The Great Dinosaur Battle, was recorded on August 23, 2025. An expedition studying ancient life reaches an underground world unexplored by humanity. Creatures believed to be extinct await them, and their discovery develops into a struggle with humanity's survival at stake.

The first story features Omega, Zero, Z, Taiga, Titas, Fuma, Rosso, Blu, Blazar, Arc, Gil Arc, Tregear and Rekiness. The second brings together Omega, Zero, Z, Taiga, Rosso, Blu, Decker, Trigger, Trigger Dark, Carmeara, Arc, Gil Arc, Absolute Tartarus and Trigaron. Live performers include Kondo, Rei Yukinaga and Hiroyuki Fukushima, with Nene Takahashi and Anna Tanaka as hosts. The voice cast includes Mamoru Miyano, Tasuku Hatanaka, Takuma Terashima, Tomokazu Seki, Shunichi Maki and Megumi Han.

The same approximately 70-minute program appears on both included discs. The Blu-ray uses Japanese Linear PCM stereo, while the DVD uses Japanese Dolby Digital stereo; the set is listed without subtitles. An original sticker is included.
