Kamen Rider Blade TV Series

Kamen Rider Blade returns in an affordable Blu-ray package twenty years after its January 2004–January 2005 television broadcast. Ten thousand years ago, the immortal Undead were sealed in fifty-three cards. Somebody discovered those cards, broke their seals and revived the creatures in the modern world. Wearing special reinforced suits developed by the Board of Archaeological Research Department, the Kamen Riders fight to seal them in cards once more.

The cast features Takayuki Tsubaki, Ryoji Morimoto, Kousei Amano, Takahiro Hojo, Yumi Egawa and Terunosuke Takezai. The original work is by Shotaro Ishinomori. Video has been upconverted from standard-definition source material to high definition. Japanese Linear PCM stereo audio is provided, without subtitles.

Series disc 7 contains episodes 33–38, disc 8 contains 39–44 and disc 9 contains 45–49. Disc 7 extras include the second part of a Blu-ray commemorative discussion, trailers, promotional footage and junctions. Disc 8 contains archival interviews with Tsubaki and Egawa, then Tsubaki, Egawa and Takezai, together with trailers, promotional footage and junctions. Disc 9 contains both parts of interviews with Tsubaki, Morimoto, Amano and Hojo, plus trailers, promotional footage and junctions. Archival interviews were previously included on DVD.

Three region-free Blu-rays contain 397minutes across seventeen episodes. The first-press sixteen-page booklet with Hojo and Amano interviews, identical to the 2015 box booklet, is conditional and not guaranteed.
