AD-LIVE Stage & Musicals

The October 25, 2020 performance of AD-LIVE 2020, the improvisational stage production produced by Kenichi Suzumura, comes to video. The cast for this performance is Shintaro Asanuma and Yoko Hikasa.

AD-LIVE is a stage play produced by Kenichi Suzumura and featuring numerous popular voice actors, with everything woven through improvisation. For the 2020 performances, a remarkable collaboration with puzzle-making experts SCRAP brings the production to the stage. Six performers making their AD-LIVE debut join a cast of sixteen. Look forward to unpredictable drama born on that day, in that place, at that moment.

AD-LIVE joins SCRAP, the puzzle-making experts who have planned numerous Real Escape Games, in a remarkable collaboration. Improvisational theater and puzzle-solving intertwine in AD-LIVE 2020. The setting is a luxury cruise ship. Aboard this puzzle-filled liner, two people meet: someone who has something to deliver, and someone who has a person they desperately want to see.

The liner appears to be sailing smoothly when it suddenly faces the danger of sinking. Yet a series of puzzles blocks the two people's attempt to escape. What story will unfold in the limited world of a ship at sea? Can they escape safely and each achieve their purpose? Do not miss the most unpredictable AD-LIVE in the series' history.

The two-disc set separately records the daytime and evening performances. A specially produced booklet is enclosed. Audio commentary is included for the evening performance only. The bonus videos are commercials and promotional videos. Product specifications are subject to change without notice.
