Drifting Dragons

Afternoon KC Drifting Dragons Vol. 19 is an official Japanese paper manga volume by Taku Kuwabara, published by Kodansha under the Afternoon KC label.

Draking vessels, ships built to catch dragons, have become rare, and the Quin Zaza is one of them. In Magallanica, home of the dragon-butchering Malotao, the Zaza's crew witnesses the Descender, the gigantic dragon that comes down from far above the clouds once every hundred years. Events become chaotic when a parasitic dragon drawn to the Descender steals Takita's sight and the crew must capture the ferocious, voracious dragon Wendigo. But the crisis is safely resolved, and work finally begins on butchering the Descender. As the Zaza's crew watches the dismemberment of this island-sized dragon, an unfamiliar fleet of airships appears. This fleet heralds the start of a new adventure! The nineteenth volume enters a new story arc and includes the hundredth chapter, with gratitude to the readers! © Taku Kuwabara 2024
