Chainsaw Man Animation

Denji lives as a devil hunter alongside Pochita, the Chainsaw Devil. Burdened by the debt his parents left behind, he struggles in poverty until a betrayal leaves him dead. As his consciousness fades, he makes a contract with Pochita and returns to life as Chainsaw Man, a being with a devil’s heart.

MAPPA’s television adaptation drew intense attention even before its broadcast. Volume 3 contains episodes 7–9 and comes in a special case featuring newly drawn MAPPA artwork. The special booklet includes interviews with ano, TK from Ling tosite sigure and Aimer.

The supplementary programme presents the creditless endings “Chu, Tayōsei.,” “first death” and “Deep down,” an unreleased Our Music discussion with TOOBOE and syudou, and a cast roundtable featuring Yō Taichi and Daiki Hamano.
