Luminous Witches Music Videos

The emotion and excitement of Luminous Witches’ second live show return in this music-video collection.

Following the announcement of the group’s formation in 2018, Luminous Witches continued an energetic programme of releases and event appearances. Their long-awaited television anime was warmly received in July 2022. Just as the emotion of the anime reached its peak, they held their second live show in early October, drawing the venue into a whirlwind of excitement with nine members’ energetic singing and commanding performances.

This collection pairs footage from that day with the recorded versions of the songs performed, creating music videos filled with the atmosphere of the show. The audio uses studio CD recordings rather than the original live sound. The selection and running order differ in part from the concert itself.

The group’s nine distinctive members offer performances that reveal a new side of their appeal through the live setting. Behind-the-scenes footage from Mufes 2023 and its preparatory lessons, together with music videos using rehearsal footage, provide another view of their work. The original first-production edition offered a newly illustrated jacket, subject to remaining stock and not guaranteed.

Travelling around the world, the League of Nations Air Force Aviation Magic Band brings moments of peace and comfort to those fighting the Neuroi and those forced from their homes. Unlike the witches of the Joint Fighter Wings who protect people through combat, these non-fighting witches protect everyone’s smiles through songs and music. They are the Luminous Witches.
