Otaku Elf

Magazine Edge KC Otaku Elf Vol. 5 is an official Japanese paper manga volume by Akihiko Higuchi, published by Kodansha under the Magazine Edge KC label.

Tsukishima, Chuo Ward, Tokyo. Takamimi Shrine has a history stretching back more than 400 years to the Edo period. The deity enshrined there is Elda, an elf summoned from another world by Tokugawa Ieyasu who has become a complete shut-in. Serving her is Koito Koganei, a high school girl who tends to try to act more grown-up than she is. Takamimi Shrine holds its Yumimimi Festival to pray for calm seas, they try fortune-telling to improve their luck and observe lucky superstitions, and a conversation about the origins of family crests somehow leads to their being entrusted with a baby. Enjoy these happenings alongside a look at the daily life of the elf in Kanazawa.

This Japanese paper edition contains 160 pages and was released in Japan on November 17, 2021.
