Final Fantasy Square Enix

A cutting-edge game experience for everyone

The fifteenth main Final Fantasy game welcomes players discovering the series for the first time. Its striking world and graphics combine reality with fantasy. With the series’ first open-world approach and exhilarating action-focused battles, players can immerse themselves in unprecedented freedom and immediacy.

Final Fantasy once again seeks to establish a new foundation for a new generation.

A world stretching as far as you can travel

Freely explore and overcome challenges throughout a vast open world. The environment changes in real time as time passes and the weather shifts. Streets echo with laughter, birds fly over grasslands, forests grow thick, and caves descend into deep darkness. Your destinations and the way you explore are entirely your choice.

Exhilarating action battles

Throw a weapon and Warp instantly to the point where it strikes. Move to a high position, then dive toward enemies below: simple controls allow thrilling action in every direction.

Switch summoned weapons in real time, perform spectacular Link Attacks with party members, use magic affected by weather and terrain, and summon mighty beings. These powerful battles bring Final Fantasy into a new dimension.

Magic you can feel

Spells such as Fire and Blizzard respond to weather and terrain, adding another realistic element to the world. Cast Fire on grassland and flames spread to nearby plants and trees; rain extinguishes them. Blizzard can even freeze the caster. Physically felt magical effects draw you further into the adventure.

Father and son—and the story of a king

Young Prince Noctis continues his journey to reclaim a kingdom destroyed by imperial betrayal. Bonds between companions, between father and son, and bonds of love form a moving story. These powerful connections withstand every difficulty.
