Ridge Racer Sweep Record Game Music

Rage Racer's intense driving music returns in remixed form. Released for PlayStation in December 1996, the racing game paired exhilarating drifting and fast-changing scenery with club music that won over game-music enthusiasts and club listeners alike.

Created for the game's twentieth anniversary, Reactive Remixes boldly rebuilds the Rage Racer sound from the perspective of contemporary club music. Remind Remixes stays close to the appeal of the original compositions. The project reunites original sound creators with long-standing Ridge Sound contributors and guest remixers.

Reiko Nagase, who first appeared in Rage Racer, returns in a newly drawn jacket illustration. The booklet revisits the music and racing-girl design through memories shared by the creators.
