Across the overlapping universes known as Cosmo Layers, countless other Earths exist. On Earth A0073, an age of interplanetary coexistence has brought a new wave of crimes involving the energy life forms called Emorgy. Galactic Federation Police investigator Reiji Doki, stationed in the seemingly sidelined records division is the one person in his universe entitled to call himself Space Sheriff Gavan. As Gavan Infinity, his real assignment is to cross dimensions, investigate Emorgy crimes and work alongside the Gavans he encounters in other worlds.

The red Gavan rises when selfish destruction, unheard cries and runaway emotions threaten further disaster. The first PROJECT R.E.D. series, launched following the pause in Super Sentai, begins here with twelve episodes across two Blu-rays. Disc one contains episodes 1-6 and disc two contains episodes 7-12, with 282 minutes of main programming.

The exclusive first installment of Agi-chan's Galactic Federation Police Joint Special Training gathers the cast at a training facility devised by Agi-chan for challenges testing balance, concentration and mental strength. These comic encounters outside the television story are joined by the production launch presentation, a transformation tutorial, the clean ending sequence from episode two and a collection of promotional footage.

The series stars Kohei Nagata, Ryuga Akahane, Kokona Sumi, Kentaro Yasui, Arihiro Matsunaga, Kohana Arisaka, Hiroto Yasuda, Anna Iriyama, Rana Tanida and Yuta Hiraoka.
