TRUMP Series Stage & Musicals

The TRUMP stage series is a gothic suspense saga about vampires who have lost their immortality and are drawn into the legend of TRUMP, the primordial vampire who possesses eternal life. Marigold explores the tangled bonds surrounding a mother and daughter: they need one another, a young man wants to set the mother free, and two boys invite the daughter to share the same dream.

Annabel, a human woman, has a daughter named Gerbera, whom she keeps almost confined in a mansion surrounded by marigolds. A Dhampir, born of human and vampire blood, Gerbera is scorned throughout the town as “the monster by the window.”

Writing under the pen name Dali Delico, Annabel has become a popular novelist through stories about the immortal vampire TRUMP. For her next subject, she turns to rumours circulating among vampires about the disappearance of boys and girls during the cocoon period. Around this time, she meets Sophie and Ul, two boys who say they are her greatest fans. Where will the many conflicting forms of love surrounding the mother and daughter finally lead?

Responding to fans who wanted to see these beautifully staged productions on Blu-ray, Pony Canyon’s Revival programme scheduled eight TRUMP titles over eight consecutive months, including six making their Blu-ray debut. This release contains the Marigold stage performance alone, with new packaging by TRMN, the graphic designer behind Marigold’s artwork.
