Ultraman Anime

I am Ultraman. Shinjiro dreams of the battle in which Ultraman once fell and gradually realizes that his own power is becoming uncontrollable. When it runs wild, destroying the city and injuring people, Ultraman is denounced as a calamity to humanity. Prevented from transforming and forced to flee, Shinjiro faces a merciless order from the SSSP: capture Ultraman, Shinjiro.

Having lost what matters to him, Shinjiro flees alone into a storm of fate. The most dangerous alien forces work in the shadows of the chaos. As those inheriting the light are killed one by one, the moment of Shinjiro's further awakening approaches. Will it bring humanity salvation or a cry of destruction? Who is the destined enemy appearing before him? The key to every mystery lies in the battle in which Ultraman once fell.

The twelve episodes are New Signs; The Curse Falling on Father and Son; A Choice as a Hero; If Nobody Believes Me, I Will Do It Alone; Pursuers and Pursued; Battle-Hardened Warriors; The Fourth Successor; TARO vs ULTRAMAN; Further Awakening; The True Calamity; Summoning the Nightmare; and the finale, Farewell, Our—.

Video extras include a wrap-up discussion with Ryohei Kimura, Kenji Kamiyama and Shinji Aramaki; behind-the-scenes JACK SUIT making-of footage; clean opening and ending sequences; and a promotional-video archive.

Kimura voices Shinjiro Hayata, Takuya Eguchi voices Dan Moroboshi, Megumi Han voices Seiji Hokuto, Hideyuki Tanaka voices Shin Hayata, Ryota Takeuchi voices Jack and Tomoaki Maeno voices Kotaro Higashi. The cast includes Sumire Morohoshi as Rena Sayama, Uoken as Mitsuhiro Ide, Shigeru Ushiyama as Edo, Eiji Hanawa as Yosuke Endo, Hiroichi Sekido as Kurata, Kenjiro Tsuda as Adad, M.A.O as Valkyure, Koji Ishii as Mephisto, Hideaki Tezuka as Daisuke Arashi, Minoru Shiraishi as Shiraishi and Kaiji Soze as Bemular.
