Ultraman Mebius returns in a complete nine-disc Blu-ray collection marking the series' twentieth anniversary. First broadcast in 2006, the story connects a new hero from the Land of Light in Nebula M78 with the Ultra Brothers who protected Earth before him. Taking the human form of Mirai Hibino, Mebius encounters young people willing to risk themselves to protect others. Their friendship becomes central to his growth as he faces threats bound to the history of the Land of Light.

The collection presents all fifty television episodes in HD-remastered form, together with the theatrical film Ultraman Mebius & Ultra Brothers, all three parts of Hikari Saga, both stages of Armored Darkness and both stages of Ghost Rebirth. The remastering work adapts the original standard-definition video sources for modern displays, refining each scene while respecting its original presentation.

Newly included material comprises an HD-remastered Climax Stories compilation, revisiting the television adventures and their three-part finale. The Play Movie material originally produced for the DX Ultra Cockpit toy is also represented: "GUYS Sally Go," "Sortie! A Journey through the Ultra Zone" and the three-part Ultraman Mebius Gaiden: Super Galactic War. These are presented as video material, not as the original playable game. The collection also brings together making-of features, interviews and previously unreleased footage from the television, film and original-video DVD releases.

The box contains three cases holding three Blu-rays each, with picture labels based on the series' silhouette imagery. The outer case combines metallic effects, contrasting gloss and matte finishes, and a textured background inspired by galaxies and flames. A 24-page special booklet covers the characters and episodes, with production interviews, location photographs and art materials. A separate 24-page design book presents character, monster and mechanical designs, including developmental drawings as well as finished concepts. Hiroshi Maruyama's newly drawn booklet covers combine into one larger illustration.

Shunji Igarashi leads a cast that includes Katsuki Nishina, Ai Saikawa, Daisuke Watanabe, Misato Hirata, Kenta Uchino, Kenichi Ishii, Yutaka Maido, Saaya Ishikawa, Shin Ishikawa, Minoru Tanaka, Aiko Ito, Susumu Kurobe, Koji Moritsugu, Jiro Dan and Keiji Takamine.

The principal programs run for approximately 1,415 minutes, with approximately 820 minutes of supplementary video. The Japanese television and spin-off programs use Linear PCM 2.0 stereo. The theatrical film offers Japanese Dolby Digital 5.1 and Linear PCM 2.0 stereo, while its audio commentary is encoded in Dolby Digital 2.0 stereo. The supplementary video uses Linear PCM 2.0. This edition has no subtitles.
