Shrink: Psychiatrist Yowai

Young Jump Comics Shrink: Psychiatrist Yowai Vol. 6 is an official Japanese paper manga volume by Tsukiko, Jin Nanami, published by Shueisha under the Young Jump Comics label.

Alcohol dependence is an illness that can place a life at risk. Takumi Sekine, who has repeatedly made mistakes because of drinking, is shaken when Yowai explains that an inability to stop is not simply a question of willpower. Meanwhile, visiting Michio Sakashita, who suffers severe alcohol dependence alone, with public health nurse Kana Hinata, Yowai discovers that Michio is the father Takumi cut ties with ten years earlier. The alcoholism arc reaches its conclusion. A new postpartum depression arc also begins, exploring how the physical and practical changes after childbirth can overwhelm a mother, in a story intended for men to read as well.

This Japanese paper edition contains 208 pages and was released in Japan on September 17, 2021.
