Shrink: Psychiatrist Yowai

Young Jump Comics Shrink: Psychiatrist Yowai Vol. 7 is an official Japanese paper manga volume by Tsukiko, Jin Nanami, published by Shueisha under the Young Jump Comics label.

The mistaken belief that only a mother can properly care for her child pushes homemaker Inaho Ieiri into postpartum depression. She cannot find her baby lovable, yet feels she must keep trying because she is the mother. To free her from that suffering and its expectations, Yowai recommends seeking help from a midwifery center and nursery. Meanwhile, her husband Taichi is caught between exhausting work and parenting. With no room to breathe, he repeatedly clashes with Inaho, leaving their home tense. What do these parents truly need as their relationship deteriorates? A story about psychiatric social worker Maki's past experience of domestic violence is also included. Contemporary psychiatry confronts the problems of today's families.

This Japanese paper edition contains 208 pages and was released in Japan on December 17, 2021.
