In After Colony 196, the world has begun to abandon its weapons, and Quatre has arranged to send the Gundams into the sun. Peace collapses when an army led by Mariemaia, who claims to be Treize Khushrenada’s daughter, declares war on the Earth Sphere. Wufei joins her forces, Trowa enters their ranks, and Quatre sets out to recover the discarded machines. Lady Une, Noin and Sally try to contain the crisis through the Preventers, while Zechs returns to the battlefield. With four Gundams recovered, Heero takes Wing Gundam Zero back into combat.

The 1998 theatrical version of Endless Waltz is presented from a 4K remaster on UHD and Blu-ray, with Japanese audio options and Japanese and English subtitles for the film. The feature retains its 4:3 framing. The main discs also contain a theatrical trailer and the thirtieth-anniversary animation Gundam Wing: Operation 30th.

A bonus Blu-ray includes a Gundam Wing introduction narrated by Duo Maxwell, the September 7, 2025 Dolby Cinema stage greeting and the LAST IMPRESSION Special Digest. Newly recorded commentary pairs Hikaru Midorikawa with Toshihiko Seki and Ai Orikasa, Ryuzo Ishino and Ryotaro Okiayu, then Akiko Yajima and Takehito Koyasu across three parts. The illustrated storage box features Wing Gundam Zero and its Cloaked Custom form. A booklet adds interviews with director Yasunao Aoki and the Operation 30th creative team, plus a selection of animation drawings.
