Select the strongest team of heroes. Unknown destroyers launch an all-out attack that threatens the entire world, and one hundred heroes hold the key to defeating them.

An enormous flying fortress suddenly appears and unleashes a devastating assault, leaving the world's great cities in ruins. Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and Uchu Sentai Kyuranger confront it, but they cannot match the mysterious enemy's overwhelming size and numbers. Then heroes appear to save them: Kiriya Kujo, who should have died, and a hero they have never seen before.

Where did the enemy come from, and why? Why have those who lost their lives reappeared? Who will win? To defeat this staggering foe, the heroes must obtain new powers. As they repeatedly level up in another dimension and become heroes stronger than the strongest, a miracle beyond imagination occurs.
