A new journey begins in the Demon World

The long-awaited new chapter of Dragon Quest X takes you into the Demon World, a land steeped in miasma.

Throughout its long recorded history, the Demon World has been deeply connected to Astoltia in many ways, including invasions by the Great Demon King. Now you can finally journey there. This glimpse of part of the Demon World invites you to imagine the new adventure that awaits.

The land rises in places, and mysterious plants take root throughout this world. Here and there stand imposing fortresses built by its inhabitants.

Many monsters live in the Demon World's settlements. Some even treat visitors kindly.

Familiar monsters from the Dragon Quest series also appear.

Characters who hold the keys to this chapter

The additional package Dragon Quest X: The Maiden of Thorns and the God of Destruction Online brings many encounters. Among them are characters central to this new chapter.

Yushka

A demon who describes himself as a traveler of the demon race. Meeting him marks the beginning of your adventure in the Demon World.

Irushia

A human girl who has lost her memories. Why is a human present in the Demon World, where demons live?

The Demon Sage

A figure who has watched over the Demon World for a long time and appears deeply familiar with its history.
