The September 25 performance of AD-LIVE 2022, the improvised stage production produced by Kenichi Suzumura, comes to video with Kensho Ono, Hiroshi Kamiya and Kensuke Takahashi. This two-disc set contains the daytime and evening performances separately.

A miraculous moment no one can predict: a unique stage play woven entirely through improvisation. Kenichi Suzumura serves as general producer of AD-LIVE, which brings together many popular voice actors. The previous year's AD-LIVE 2021 attracted considerable attention with the theme 'if: public appearances and true feelings' and the series' first two-act structure.

The 2022 theme is a lively ensemble drama. Three principal cast members in each performance take on a variety-filled challenge: creating a live television broadcast through improvisation. Across the season, characters A and B are played by twelve voice actors, including five making their AD-LIVE debut. Character C brings in one legendary voice actor and five actors active in 2.5-dimensional theatre, television dramas and films, all appearing in AD-LIVE for the first time. Look forward to an unpredictable drama born on that day, in that place, at that moment.

The story takes place at the television station AD-TV, short for Akarui Dondon Television. It is the day of a live broadcast that the entire station has worked together to produce. Just as the program's end comes into sight, a staff member who has been dissatisfied with the job for many years suddenly disappears. It is then discovered that the video material intended for the program has been deleted.

Three people happen to be present at this desperate moment. Character A is a production staff member who absolutely cannot let the broadcast fail. Character B is a mysterious person who appears on the scene. Character C is a person scheduled to appear on the program while carrying a hidden personal feeling. Hastily assembled into an unlikely trio, they confront the crisis.

They should never have met, or perhaps they were destined to meet. Can they find a way out of this emergency? With each person's own feelings at stake, the struggle on live television begins.
