Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai Animation

A new chapter in the legend of Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai unfolds. The popular anime, which began airing on TV Tokyo and affiliated stations on October 3, 2020, continues in this Blu-ray volume. Follow Dai and his companions as their adventure moves forward, with a sleeve newly illustrated especially for the Blu-ray edition and an original guide booklet.

Long ago, a swordsman known as the Hero and his companions brought peace to a world suffering under the Dark Lord Hadlar. Years later, monsters freed from the Dark Lord’s control live on the isolated southern island of Dermline. Dai, the island’s only human, dreams of becoming a hero and lives peacefully alongside them. Everything changes when Hadlar returns. A promise to his teacher, encounters with companions and an inescapable destiny set Dai on a journey to become a hero and save a world facing danger once again.

The supplementary footage includes the second part of a special interview with Saori Hayami, the voice of Leona, and Tomoaki Maeno, the voice of Crocodine.
