HIGH CARD Anime

That power drives fate into turmoil. That card determines destiny.

The long-awaited second season of HIGH CARD, an original work by TMS Entertainment, Homura Kawamoto and Hikaru Muno, began broadcasting. Blu-ray Volume 7 brings the battle back with even greater appeal.

Story Was he the one who took my family?

High Card is a spy organization serving directly under the royal family, ordered to recover the cards scattered throughout the country. One of its members, Finn, remembers his past only in fragments: a house engulfed in flames, his dead family and a knight clad in black armour.

Why did that knight take his family's lives? To uncover the truth, Finn continues his High Card work with his partner Chris, their leader Leo, Wendy and Vijay. But when the Black Knight appears before him again, the wheels of fate begin to turn in earnest.

The struggle with the Klondike family, Fourland's most powerful mafia organization, intensifies. High Card must recover the cards before the royal coronation, yet the team now faces the greatest crisis in its history.

Tragedy and encounters arise from the tangled history between Pinochle's CEO Theodore and Klondike's boss Ban. Companions are scattered, and a new family emerges. The secret of the cards' creation remains veiled, along with the legendary magician.

The power to preserve the world's order or plunge it into chaos lies within reach. The X-Playing Cards grant chosen individuals extraordinary abilities beyond human understanding. Once again, the curtain rises on a frenzied contest in which the players stake everything. Are you ready? It's TRUTH Showdown!
