Nintama Rantaro Stage & Musicals

The expanded revival of Nintama Rantaro’s fourteenth musical, performed in October 2024, comes to home video. The headmaster’s sudden idea sets the fifth-year and sixth-year students against one another in a test of skill.

The team that finds the designated treasure will win, but that treasure turns out to be the first-year trio Rantaro, Kirimaru and Shinbei. As sparks fly between the older students, a suspicious presence begins to approach the unsuspecting first-years.

This release includes edited and full-stage views of the performance, making-of footage, additional stories featuring the sixth-years and the fifth-years with Shusaku Komatsuda, and closing-performance after-talks from Tokyo and Osaka. It also includes the Nintama Rantaro musical’s KT Zepp Yokohama Summer Battle Reignited event. A booklet accompanies the discs.
