Pretty Cure Animation

Into a wider world! Hop! Step! Jump! The sky is this adventure’s motif and heroes are its theme. Celebrating Pretty Cure’s twentieth anniversary, the series brings together its legacy while taking on fresh challenges.

An endlessly clear blue sky opens into a vast, luminous world. The heroine embodies that boundless sky. As knowledge opens up the world, the story reaches beyond borders, generations and gender, growing as wide as the sky itself.

From heroines to heroes, the Pretty Cures face difficulties and fight on. A hero gives someone else strength, courage and inspiration: working positively, daring to dream and refusing to give up. Strength received from one person becomes strength passed to another, allowing those feelings to spread. Reconsidering the heroic spirit carried through successive Pretty Cure series, Soaring Sky! begins a new story of hero girls.

The anniversary adventure begins with two heroines recalling the original Futari wa Pretty Cure, then introduces the series’ first boy Pretty Cure and adult woman Pretty Cure. New developments fill the year, while legendary Pretty Cures from earlier series take turns appearing in the ending sequence. The celebration welcomes Pretty Cure fans of every age and gender.

A major incident disrupts peaceful Skyland: a monster from the Underg Empire abducts the young Princess Elle! Courageous Sora follows her through a mysterious hole, only to arrive in Sorashido City in another world. A television? A car? Are these magical devices? There is no time to remain astonished: she must hurry and bring the princess back to the castle. Fly between two worlds as the Pretty Cures’ adventure begins. “It’s a hero’s turn!”

The release includes a collection of transformation and action scenes, together with a gallery of production materials.
