Hop, step and jump into an ever-expanding world! Celebrating twenty years of Pretty Cure, Soaring Sky! Pretty Cure takes the sky as its motif and heroes as its theme. Its clear, boundless blue world represents the possibilities that open through understanding, reaching across borders, generations and gender. A hero gives someone else courage and inspiration: working positively, dreaming and refusing to give up create strength that can be passed on in turn. This new tale of Hero Girls reconsiders the heroic spirit carried through the franchise.

The anniversary series begins with two leads in a nod to the original Futari wa Pretty Cure, while introducing new challenges including the franchise’s first boy Cure and adult woman Cure. Legendary Cures from earlier series also appear in the weekly ending sequences, celebrating the series for fans of every age and gender.

A crisis strikes peaceful Skyland when baby Princess Elle is kidnapped by a monster from the Undergu Empire. Brave Sora follows her through a mysterious hole and emerges in Sorashido City, in another world. Television? Cars? Are these magical tools? There is no time to marvel at them: the princess must be returned to her castle. Racing between two worlds, the Pretty Cures begin their adventure. It is a hero’s time to shine!

This fourth volume collects episodes thirty-seven to fifty. Its permanent features include a transformation and action scene collection, a production materials gallery, a picture label and a new jacket illustration by character designer Atsushi Saito.
