TsumaSho: If My Wife Becomes an Elementary School Student Vol.2 Blu-ray continues Yayu Murata's story of a grieving family finding a way to move forward. Ten years after his wife Takae died, Keisuke Niijima has remained trapped in sorrow. His life changes when an elementary-school girl named Marika Shiraishi appears and says she is Takae reborn. The anime explores how that extraordinary reunion affects both Keisuke and their daughter Mai.

In episode 3, Mai succeeds in changing jobs and begins a new role, but an awkward meeting with her first client leaves her discouraged. Takae encourages her and invites her to a fireworks festival. Meanwhile, Keisuke stops at the same festival on his way home from work and ends up watching the fireworks with his younger colleague Moriya.

Episode 4 follows Mai as she tries to avoid repeating her mistake. She speaks sincerely with her client Renji Aikawa, and her efforts reach him: he begins sharing his past, allowing the distance between them to narrow. At the same time, a chance reunion between Takae and Moriya sees the two becoming closer as friends.

Daisuke Hirakawa voices Keisuke, Aoi Yuki plays both Takae and Marika, and Maiko Nomura voices Mai. Kana Okazaki, Sachiko Kojima and Mutsuki Iwanaka also appear. This volume contains episodes 3-4, running approximately 46 minutes, with Japanese Linear PCM audio and no subtitles. Episode 4 includes a separate cast commentary by Nomura and Iwanaka, while the video extras collect the Wife and Husband teaser promotional videos. A special booklet accompanies the disc, with a jacket illustrated by character designer Narihito Sekikawa. The Blu-ray is region-free.
