TsumaSho: If My Wife Becomes an Elementary School Student brings Yayu Murata's story of grief and family renewal to animation. Keisuke Niijima has spent ten years mourning his wife Takae when a schoolgirl named Marika Shiraishi appears, claiming to be the woman he lost. Their unexpected reunion gives Keisuke and his daughter Mai a reason to look forward again, while raising difficult questions about Marika's own life and family. Daisuke Hirakawa voices Keisuke, with Aoi Yuki as Takae and Marika.

Volume 4 contains episodes 7 and 8. In Signs of Happiness, the problems between Takae and Chika appear to have settled, allowing Keisuke and the others a moment of relief. That calm is interrupted when Renji visits Mai. Discovering that his daughter has a boyfriend leaves Keisuke shaken enough for Moriya to worry about him, but an unguarded remark gives her an unexpected opening.

Who Are You? changes the situation completely: Marika no longer remembers being Takae. She regards Keisuke and Mai as unfamiliar adults, leaving them confused and unable to reach the person they thought had returned. Chika is also unsettled, yet works to support her daughter. Missing roughly a year of memories, Marika is surprised by her mother's changed behaviour and gradually begins to feel at ease. As one family's renewed happiness disappears, another family's ordinary life starts again.

The region-free Blu-ray contains 46 minutes of episodes, a commentary on episode 7 with Daisuke Hirakawa and Mutsuki Iwanaka, and a programme promotional commercial. A special booklet is included, and Narihito Sekikawa provides the newly illustrated jacket. The episodes feature Japanese Linear PCM audio with no subtitles.
