Queen Nicola of Planet Tricle is preparing to form an alliance with Planet Chikyu, with the Boonboomgers invited to witness the ceremony. The occasion is interrupted when Manhole Grumer, a surviving member of the Hashiriyan, steals the Tricle royal family's treasured jewel. Minongan, one of the Five Uchu Jesters, also appears and takes the sacred Ohger Calibur Zero prepared for the ceremony.

The King-Ohgers arrive to fight alongside the Boonboomgers, but Manhole Grumer's mysterious power scatters the heroes across the stars. Taiya and his friends must each find a way out of danger as an ominous pulse begins to rise from underground. With a powerful evil awakening, the two Super Sentai teams must reunite for a battle spanning Tricle, Chikyu and Earth.

Directed by Hiroyuki Kato from Atsuhiro Tomioka's screenplay, this 60-minute crossover stars Haruhi Iuchi, Yuki Hayama, Miu Suzuki, Ryu Saito, Satoru Soma and Yu Miyazawa alongside Taisei Sakai, Aoto Watanabe, Erica Murakami, Yuzuki Hirakawa, So Kaku and Masashi Ikeda. Atsuko Hashiyasume and Himena Irei also appear, with voice performances by Tetsu Inada, Kisho Taniyama, Tomokazu Seki, Natsuki Hanae, Junichi Suwabe, Nana Mizuki, Sumire Morohoshi and Rica Matsumoto.

The Blu-ray includes audio commentary by Iuchi, Hayama, Suzuki, Saito, Soma and Miyazawa, the completion-screening stage greeting, a collection of social-media promotional videos, a making-of preview, promotional footage, the I.S.A. data file and a poster gallery. Japanese Linear PCM stereo and 5.1 audio are joined by Japanese audio description in Linear PCM stereo and a stereo Linear PCM commentary track. Accessible Japanese subtitles are included.
